Qualifikationen

• Two years of full-time work experience in tax, collections, accounting, auditing, or related fields.
• Two years of education and/or full-time experience with thirty semester hours equals one year of experience.
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate’s degree.

• Assist customers with account-level inquiries via telephone, in person, and email regarding tax credits.
• Conduct complex tax audits by independently performing office investigations to verify credits.
• Review returns and determine refunds or amounts owed, including penalties and interest.
