Formación

• BS in accounting/finance or related field required.
• At least 1 year of accounting or tax experience.
• Basic tax preparation experience (sales tax/SALT/1040s).
• Strong Excel data analysis skills.
• Capable of data reconciliation across systems.
• Understanding accrual accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and prepare filings for multi-state tax.
• Prepare and file state/local returns and related Canada/international filings as needed.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual tax deadlines and filings.
• Coordinate tax payments with Accounts Payable and close processes.
• Audit taxability and apply sales tax rules across contracts.
• Support ad hoc analyses and broader accounting tasks.
