Qualifications

• Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent credential is required.
• Proven expertise in income tax preparation and filing for individuals and/or businesses.
• Strong understanding of IRS regulations and applicable federal and state tax considerations.
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze diverse real-world tax scenarios and provide clear, accurate guidance consistent with IRS regulations and industry standards.
• Evaluate and annotate tax-related documents and workflows to establish rubrics and best practices for AI training.
• Provide recommendations on income tax preparation and filing using professional CPA or Enrolled Agent expertise.
• Identify complexities and edge cases in federal and state tax situations to improve AI model reasoning and accuracy.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary professionals working on AI capabilities in the tax advisory domain.
• Document insights and feedback in a structured and detailed manner for high-quality dataset contributions.
• Review AI-generated tax outputs for accuracy and completeness and recommend improvements.
