We seek a CPA with 3+ years of related experience and an MBA or accounting master to lead analyses, deliver high-quality work, and mentor junior staff as part of a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• CPA (or meets criteria to sit for CPA exam) and GAAP knowledge.
• Master's degree in accounting or MBA (with accounting undergrad).
• Minimum 2 years of related financial audit, due diligence, or M&A experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Execute core financial due diligence analyses for buy-side and sell-side engagements, including earnings quality and cash flow analyses.
• Develop clear, well-supported analyses and client-ready deliverables.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to identify risks and opportunities and translate findings into insights.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented culture and mentor junior staff as appropriate.
