Qualifications

• Must have Recruitment background or equivalent.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships that promote positive client and employee engagement.
• Data entry, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Business/HR.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions with a consultative approach to hiring managers and candidates.
• Perform consultation calls with hiring managers to assess needs and determine best sourcing strategies.
• Utilize procurement technologies to facilitate fulfillment of roles and move requisitions through client’s internal processes.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and negotiate bill rates aligned with market rates.
• Monitor daily progress of requisitions and maintain data quality for supply chain processes.
