Job summary

United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support recruiting during a period of increased hiring activity. This is a hands-on recruiting position focused primarily on candidate sourcing and prescreening.

The Talent Sourcer will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify qualified talent, build candidate pipelines, conduct initial candidate screens, and help keep the recruiting process moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience or related area preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry required.
• Familiarity with common insurance roles (Claims, Customer Service, Underwriting, Legal, Sales).
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to review resumes and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Strong communication skills and organization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for current and anticipated openings.
• Review resumes to identify requirements and fit.
• Conduct initial prescreens by phone or video to assess experience and availability.
• Partner with Recruiter to present qualified candidates for consideration.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently recruited roles.
• Coordinate communication and interviews to keep process moving smoothly.
• Support recruiting campaigns, career fairs, and other sourcing initiatives.
