Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for multiple roles across the organization.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies.
• Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with job specs and team needs.
• Develop an understanding of data center, construction, and real estate industries to source top talent.
• Track candidate activity in the ATS and ensure timely updates to the recruiting team.
• Engage candidates via email, calls, and social channels to maintain a healthy pipeline.
