Sales Match is seeking a Talent Sourcer for a fully remote, desk-based role in the United States. This entry-level position supports the recruiting team, using LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever to build candidate pipelines and coordinate outreach.

You’ll work with recruiters and hiring managers, translate requirements into search terms, review profiles, and prepare candidate summaries. A 40-hour week is required, with flexible scheduling and work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no experience required.
• Learn Boolean searching and ATS usage.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Authorization to work in United States.
• Reliable home workspace and quiet environment.

Responsabilités

• Receive sourcing requests through the recruiting team's shared queue and confirm position requirements, priorities, and candidate criteria before starting searches.
• Translate recruiter guidance into search terms covering relevant job titles, experience, skills, and location requirements.
• Search professional profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter with Boolean searches and filters.
• Review profiles against the criteria and avoid assumptions about background.
• Check for existing candidate entries in Lever and update contact details and stages.
• Send approved outreach messages with clear opportunity information and next steps.
• Respond to candidate inquiries about the process and basic position details.
• Follow up on outreach and record responses and preferences.
• Prepare concise candidate summaries for recruiter review.
• Review pipeline progress with the team lead and measure quality of work.
