Fluxon is hiring a Talent Partner to join the Americas Talent team as the second member, working remotely from anywhere in Canada. You will own the candidate journey for engineering, product, design and operations, collaborating with Lead Talent Partners and hiring managers to move roles from outreach to offer.

You’ll run intro calls, coordinate interview loops, and build a warm candidate experience while embracing AI tools to source smarter and speed up processes.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with real exposure to technical hiring.
• High bar for candidate experience: fast replies, clear communication, and honesty even when the answer is no.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles, candidates and calendars without dropping threads.
• You can push back on a hiring manager and turn down a candidate, and both still trust you afterward.
• Comfort with cold outreach. You don’t mind writing to strangers, and silence doesn’t put you off.
• AI tools are already part of how you work, and you’re curious about how to use them better.
• A problem-solving instinct: when something’s broken, you dig in, propose a fix and follow through.
• Nice to have: Experience with Greenhouse or Ashby; a startup or consultancy background

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage the full candidate journey for evergreen and specialist roles across engineering, product, design and operations, from first outreach to signed offer.
• Run intro calls and act as each candidate’s main point of contact, keeping them informed, prepared and respected at every stage.
• Coordinate interview loops, and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers so processes keep moving and feedback stays timely.
• Run outbound: find passive candidates, write outreach people actually answer, and test what works.
• Share market insights and flag challenges.
• Use AI tools deliberately to source smarter and move faster, which frees up your time for the human parts of recruiting.
• Keep our ATS clean and current so we can trust our data.
• Share knowledge, support teammates, and suggest improvements to the Talent team’s processes.
