Job summary

Fluxon is a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders, delivering full-cycle software from ideation to go-to-market. This role is fully remote across North America, with many team members in the Bay Area.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact technical initiatives for Fluxon clients, partnering with Engineering, Product, PM, Design, and leadership to align strategy and drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in software/tech environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and executive influence.
• Experience translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple teams, products, and organizations.
• Oversee program portfolio: timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, blockers.
• Serve as primary client and executive liaison, manage expectations and progress.
• Partner with senior Leaders to navigate challenges and trade-offs.
• Translate complex tech into business implications to guide strategy.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement for high-quality delivery.
