Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, or a related HR function.
• Proficiency with HR data reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Workday HRIS andHR systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee engagement surveys, data analysis, reporting, and action planning.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Leaders to embed inclusive talent practices across programs.
• Generate dashboards and insights from Workday and other data sources to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with HR and business partners to align talent initiatives with organizational goals.
