Trust Wallet is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a fast-growing Web3 environment. This is a 6-month contract role, fully remote, with global responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven TA experience in tech/fintech.
• Experience recruiting for Web3/Crypto is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication.
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and activity.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to HR.
