Responsibilities

• Be the champion of candidate experience and promote Smartling’s employer brand.
• Pipeline management across stages of the candidate lifecycle.
• Screen applications, conduct assessments, and handle communications.
• Inbound talent attraction and management of recruiting platforms.
• Maintain ATS data and collect feedback from recruiting team.
• Proactively develop pipelines through sourcing and referrals.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to meet hiring goals.
