We are seeking a recruiter to advise hiring managers on best practices, manage the ATS/HRIS, source candidates, conduct quality screenings, and coordinate interviews from offer to acceptance in a hybrid/remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS (Workday preferred), and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices and compliance, and coordinate staffing needs.
• Manage the ATS, source candidates via Indeed and LinkedIn, and conduct quality screenings.
• Schedule interviews, draft offers, and track candidate progress to acceptance.
