Weed Man Lawn Care and Mosquito Hero is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive high-volume sourcing across our multi-state network. You will manage the full candidate journey, from proactive sourcing to routing qualified applicants to regional managers, with multi-time-zone outreach for seasonal staffing needs.

Responsibilities include building pipelines, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating interviews across territories.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting, phone sales, or customer service.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, SMS tools, cloud phones, Google Workspace and Slack.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with a high-energy phone presence.
• Multi-branch, multi-time-zone pipeline management (EST/CST).
• Self-motivated and accountable for meeting daily targets.

Responsabilités

• Build candidate pipelines via ATS, direct messaging, Handshake, and job fairs.
• Execute text, call, and email campaigns to reactivate talent pools.
• Manage high-volume applicant flows across multiple time zones.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to evaluate energy and communication.
• Deliver role pitches with transparent compensation details to engage candidates.
• Schedule interviews across KY, Southern, and DC territories and monitor vacancy data.
