Job summary

The candidate should have 2–4 years of HR recruiting experience, ATS familiarity, and MS Office proficiency. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 2–4 years HR recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• HR or Talent Acquisition certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to offers.
• Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop proactive processes.
• Develop recruitment strategies for assigned markets and manage urgent hiring needs.
• Maintain high-volume candidate pipelines using ATS.
• Analyze and share talent acquisition trends with leadership.
• Promote Herzing University to qualified candidates and market roles.
