You will partner with hiring managers to optimize interview processes and drive strong hiring decisions, including onboarding from offer to day one.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-volume or service-based recruiting.
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership; highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from posting through offer and close.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Provide coaching to improve interviewing and hiring practices.
• Drive a strong candidate experience from start to finish.
• Manage offers and close candidates effectively.
• Maintain accurate tracking in the ATS (ADP).
• Support onboarding processes coordinating Recruiting, HR, and IT for day-one readiness.
• Deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Fill roles quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers.
• Be a reliable, solution-oriented resource to the business.
