Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting. This 100% remote role can hybrid for Chicago area candidates, and involves managing junior and support-level searches.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with HR to on board new hires. A fast-paced SaaS environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for tech or SaaS roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment: review applications, coordinate interviews, source candidates, and assist onboarding.
• Advance candidates who meet minimum qualifications.
• Maintain communications with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Manage junior and support-level searches and assist with special TA projects.
