Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent strategy for a fast-moving media organization. You will own end-to-end recruitment across creative, technical, and production teams, partnering with managers to deliver high-quality hires.

This remote role blends strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment oversight, mentoring a team, improving processes, and optimizing recruitment technology to drive ROI across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading full-cycle recruitment.
• Expertise in broadcast media and live event production.
• Experience in project/event-based staffing.
• Strong leadership and managerial experience.
• Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HireEZ.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative recruitment processes.
• Partner with managers to craft detailed job postings.
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Mentor and manage a team of recruiters.
• Advise on sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics. Oversee recruitment technology and assess ROI.
