Raytheon is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment across programs with DoD relevance. You will manage the full life cycle, ensuring compliance with Raytheon and OFCCP regulations while partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

The role requires strong HR and business acumen to ensure quality, timely hiring and a positive candidate experience. This position is remote within the United States and may require occasional travel to offices.

Qualifications

• University degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with full life cycle recruitment in a DoD environment, including engineering talent with security clearances.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-find engineering professionals across disciplines.
• Experience with the Workday Recruiting platform.
• U.S. Citizenship status is required to access US-only data systems.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for full life cycle recruiting, ensuring compliance with Raytheon and OFCCP regulations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Build strong relationships with Labor Relations, HR, and Total Rewards to ensure compliance.
• Ensure clear communication and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Leverage data and insights to improve recruitment outcomes and processes.
