This role involves onboarding, evaluating candidates, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with service standards. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with onboarding future employees by completing reference checks and monitoring background checks
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and TA team members
- Understand key aspects of Talent Acquisition and escalate issues when necessary
- Meet established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators related to productivity and customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee files and ensure proper records retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months recent experience working in an HR-related role
- 3 years relevant experience considered in lieu of an applicable degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and effectively in a team setting

- Experience working in a high-volume setting with attention to detail
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and manage workload efficiently
