What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with onboarding future employees by completing reference checks and monitoring background checks
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, TA members, Hiring Managers, and new hires to resolve requests
- Gain understanding of key Talent Acquisition aspects and escalate issues when necessary
- Meet established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators focusing on productivity and accuracy
- Maintain proper records retention and confidentiality of candidate/employee files
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months recent experience in an HR-related role
- 3 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and maintain attention to detail in a high-volume setting
