BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the first formal contact with candidates and conduct the initial interview. You will understand candidate profiles and engage them in our process with strong attention to detail and cross-country communication.

This 100% remote role emphasizes English fluency and the ability to talk with applicants from different countries, in their native language and English. Excellent USD or local currency compensation is offered.

• Experience in conducting initial interviews and validating profiles.
