ContactLink Solutions is seeking a skilled Tagalog-English interpreter based in the United States for a fully remote, full-time contractor role. You will facilitate communication between Tagalog and English speakers, requiring quick, accurate interpretation in a quiet, secure environment.

Responsibilities include professional call handling, industry terminology fluency, and participation in internal training. Location-based testing or background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Tagalog required.
• Based in US.
• Minimum 3 years of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention and notes for accuracy.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally following interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Be familiar with healthcare and medical terminology.
• Participate in internal training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
