Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Based in US.
• Minimum 3 years interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
• Ability to render concepts according to interpretation protocols.
• Explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary (healthcare/medical terminology).
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
