Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience with Desktop and Server/Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to tune queries against data warehouses.
• Solid data modeling knowledge including dimensional modeling.
• Experience implementing row-level security in multi-user environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards for executive, operational, and analyst users.
• Build and maintain certified Published Data Sources with data modeling, LODs, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and data engineers to define metrics.
• Validate outputs against business definitions and ensure governance standards.
• Optimize performance via extracts, query tuning, and workbook design.
• Support Tableau Server/Cloud environment, publishing, permissions, and refreshes.
• Document dashboards, data sources, and metric definitions for maintenance.
