Qualifications

• Experience in business intelligence or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency with Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based data environments.
• Understanding of BI concepts, reporting processes and data modeling.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine interactive dashboards using Tableau across marketing, sales and customer service.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations that provide clear insights.
• Collaborate with BI teams on data integration, modeling and reporting improvements.
• Refine dashboards to improve performance, usability and reliability.
