Job summary

KBA Consulting, LLC is building a next-generation data and analytics platform focused on Tableau, with a strong emphasis on user experience. You will co-own how raw data becomes trusted, harmonized analytics products for internal users and external customers, collaborating with the Head of Data & Analytics and senior engineers.

You will design scalable experiences, governance, and semantic models, linking data foundations to the user experience, and drive AI-enabled insights into practical

Qualifications

• Strong background in analytics engineering, data modeling, or analytical product development.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, plus transformation tools like dbt, Matillion, or DPC.

Responsibilities

• Own the user interaction and experience layer of the data product, centered on Tableau, for internal and external users.
• Design scalable experiences by understanding user communities and their needs.
• Co-own harmonization and reporting layers to transform raw data into trusted analytics products.
• Develop models, dimensions, facts, metrics, and semantic layers connecting data foundation to UX.
• Collaborate with engineers and analytics leaders to deliver governance and reusable analytics capabilities.
