Responsibilities:

• Review requirements for Break Systems, Hydraulic Power Systems, Landing Gear Actuation Systems, and Landing Gear Steering Systems against new 777-8F program requirement attributes, in accordance with the program Development Assurance process documentation.
• Assess requirements against airplane and system-level changes to classify them as changed/affected or unchanged.
• Perform Systems-level Decomposition, Verification, and Validation per Design Assurance Level A.
• Assess requirements against program-level guidance to classify them as functional or nonfunctional.
• Evaluate requirements against safety analysis and program guidance to classify them as safety applicable or nonapplicable, referencing the safety analysis documentation.
• Determine verification methods for any changed/affected requirements.
• Update relevant attributes within DOORS and review results with the technical team.

Position Requirements:

• Extensive experience with mechanical-hydraulic systems (actuators, pumps, landing gear, and brake systems).
• Experience with commercial aircraft systems.
• Knowledge of ARP 4754 standards.
• Experience with Control Systems.
• Familiarity with Robotics Methods.
• Mechanical Manipulation skills.
• Experience in systems verification and validation.
