Job description

• Experience in Facilities Maintenance in manufacturing industry,
• Power Distribution, Industrial HVAC, Chilled Water System, Compressed Air System knowledge
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems, (Johnson Control Metasys) o Kaizen Processes in reducing waste, water and energy o Lead Preventive Maintenance activities o Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex system issues o Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, system diagrams
• Knowledge of Floor Management Development System (FMDS)
• Experience with preparing / developing technical presentation, developing others and relationship building
• Problem Solving experience
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Must be willing to work weekends (up to 50%)
• Experience upgrading obsolete systems (from concept to actual implementation)
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, including project management ability to make milestone schedules / work plans
