Job summary

Information Management Group (IMG) is seeking a Systems Implementation Officer for a Fairfax, VA role with a Telework schedule. The candidate will provide systems engineering support, advisory reviews, and readiness documentation for government acquisitions and transitions to commercial solutions.

The ideal candidate has a DoD Secret or DOE L clearance, a strong technical background, and extensive experience in communications, network modernization, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• DOD Secret or DOE L clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent.
• 4 years of related experience is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of related experience with an Associate's degree is equivalent to a Bachelor's.
• 10+ years of practical related experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Strategic messaging and network transformation knowledge across Gov’t to commercial solutions.
• Assist in understanding existing infrastructure and capabilities at multiple installations.
• Provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory inputs for OTA and FAR requirements.
• Advise government leads on readiness requirements and data-driven analyses.
• Assist in design and implementation of new technology to support NETCOM objectives (e.g., Zero Trust, Network Modernization).
• Document and maintain business processes and capture lessons learned.
• Review acquisition, research, engineering, and technical reports; prepare briefings for executive staff.
