Job summary

Information Management Group (IMG) is seeking a Systems Implementation Officer to join our Fairfax, VA team on a telework schedule. The role focuses on supporting NETCOM, improving mission effectiveness, and enabling Army modernization with strong systems engineering input and familiarity with DoD policies.

The candidate should possess a DOD Secret or DOE L clearance, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and extensive experience in modern network solutions including Zero Trust and network

Qualifications

• DOD Secret or DOE L
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, scientific or a mathematics-intensive discipline or a relevant technical discipline
• 4 years of relevant experience will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree will be considered the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of practical related experience required
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Support NETCOM to improve Mission Effectiveness and enable Army Modernization and Readiness requirements.
• Enhance network performance and security while improving user experience.
• Provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory inputs to OTA and FAR requirements.
• Advise government leads with researching and documenting readiness requirements using data and reports.
• Assist in design and implementation of new technology (e.g., Zero Trust Architecture, Network Modernization).
• Develop, document and maintain business processes and gather lessons learned.
• Review acquisition, research, engineering and technical reports and prepare briefs and OPORDS for executive staff.
