Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Systems Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for property management systems and related workflows. This role bridges technical system expertise with instructional design, aligning training with organizational goals and ensuring adoption across teams.

You will collaborate with Systems, Operations and Learning & Performance to provide engaging, scalable training, both virtually and in-person when needed, while maintaining LMS records and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in systems training, property management operations, or instructional design.
• Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.) and learning management systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for property management platforms and workflows.
• Deliver foundational and advanced trainings virtually and in-person where needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness with assessments and metrics.
• Collaborate with Systems, Operations and Learning teams to ensure alignment.
• Test, implement and communicate system enhancements through training materials.
• Track participation, completions, and performance outcomes and summarize insights for leadership.
