The position covers essential functions across environment, hardware, software, and multiple systems, including configuration, system, security, network administration, and project management, with mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, hardware, software, and systems.
• Ability to mentor and coach others as a knowledge resource.

Responsibilities

• Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas.
• Supports multiple systems simultaneously and provides leadership for large project efforts.
• Performs Configuration Management, System Administration, Security Administration, Network Administration, Development System Implementation, and/or Production System Implementation.
• Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management, and/or project management.
• Provides mentoring for the development of less senior staff.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
