Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years in sales analytics, compensation, operations or strategy or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced skills in BI tools, Sales tool, and data modeling.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of sales strategies, including market expansion, customer segmentation, and revenue growth planning
• Lead or support special projects and high-impact initiatives as directed by the Managing Director
• Develop performance metrics and reporting to track key sales objectives and program success as directed by the Managing Director
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director, providing insights, recommendations, and decision support on corporate and international sales initiatives
• Translate complex data and business input into clear, actionable recommendations for Executive Leadership
• Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and business cases for leadership decision-making
• Perform other duties as required
