Job summary

Ntiva, Inc. seeks a Project Manager in the Dental Division to own IT infrastructure projects from planning to closure.

You’ll lead a delivery team of Systems Engineers and collaborate with Solution Architects and Account Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget results and client satisfaction. The role requires managing a high-volume portfolio, maintaining at least 70% billable utilization, coordinating resources and budgets, and communicating status to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience in IT MSP or professional services.
• Familiar with project management processes (initiate, plan, execute, monitor, close).
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage and PSA/PSA-like tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-volume portfolio of infrastructure projects from kickoff to close.
• Maintain minimum billable utilization of 70%.
• Lead internal and client kickoffs and align goals, scope, and risks.
• Build and maintain ConnectWise workplans with time estimates.
• Coordinate dental-specific dependencies and vendor schedules.
• Manage procurement, vendors, and field resources for timely delivery.
• Provide weekly status and budget updates to clients and Account Manager.
