Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for its Dental Division.

You will own planning, execution, financial control, and closure of IT infrastructure projects for dental practices and DSOs, coordinating engineers, architects, and account managers to deliver on time and within budget. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, maintain at least 70% billable utilization, and lead kickoff meetings, while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and successful

Formación

• 2–4 years of project management experience in IT, MSP, or professional services.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage (projects, workplans, scheduling, time entry).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage many concurrent projects with schedules and budgets.
• Knowledge of Time & Materials and Fixed Fee project models.

Responsabilidades

• Own a high-volume portfolio of concurrent infrastructure projects from sales hand-off through close.
• Maintain minimum billable utilization of 70%.
• Lead Internal Kickoff and client kickoff, align goals, scope, risks, and timeline.
• Build and maintain the ConnectWise Manage workplan and track hours.
• Coordinate procurement, vendors, and field resources for multi-site deployments.
• Provide weekly status and budget updates to clients and Account Manager.
