Job summary

TriCom Technical Services, Inc. seeks a Systems & Automation Analyst to design and build automation and AI-driven solutions that cut manual work, improve data quality, and scale service delivery. You will work hands-on across Power Platform, Copilot, Python, and Alteryx with cross-functional teams.

This remote, direct-hire role supports a Kansas City, MO client. Benefits include Medical/Dental, PTO, Holidays, and 401(k).

Qualifications

5+ years in workflow automation and BI.
Hands-on with Power Platform and AI productivity tools.
Experience with Copilot or similar AI tools.
Knowledge of data structures and storage (Azure tables, SQL, JSON).
Experience building automation workflows, bots, or AI agents.
Experience presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

Identify manual workflows and replace with Power Automate, Power Apps, and M365.
Build AI-assisted workflows and agents for intake, triage, summarization, and reporting.
Serve as Copilot SME across Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI.
Use Python to automate data transformations.
Integrate Alteryx, Power BI, and Microsoft data sources into reporting pipelines.
Present to leadership and senior management.
Influence decisions as a key stakeholder.
