Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a remote ITSM specialist for a 6-month contract (through March 2027). The role focuses on implementing and supporting services, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and analyzing complex ITSM integrations.

Requires hands-on work with Remedy, Smart IT, and DWPC, with strong log and root-cause analysis skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, user training, and providing detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with troubleshooting and making minor modifications in Digital Workplace Catalog and DWP.
• Familiarity with installing/patching ITSM (ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM) plus Smart IT and DWP & DWPC all v20.x and newer.
• Familiarity with data configurations of ITSM (ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM) plus Smart IT and DWP & DWPC all v20.x and newer.
• Familiarity with Smart Reporting install, configurations, and ability to make minor modifications.
• Ability to review Remedy workflow via dev-studio and troubleshoot performance issues including enabling logs and identifying workflows or platform aspects from root cause analysis.
• Also, being able to run utilities for post DB copy updates, foundation data loads (manually or through DMT tool)
• Analyzing SOAP, REST and atrium-integrator based integrations.
• Familiarity with operating systems mainly Linux.
• Experience working with support for creating tickets and providing log files etc.

• Translate business requirements into systems design and technical specifications.
• Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for technical solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and provide costing estimates for options analysis, map interdependencies, and produce required functional and technical specifications or process re-engineering recommendations.
• Provide system expertise to both functional and technical teams to ensure effective integration of solutions across the application(s).
• Provide application support to end-users by troubleshooting and correcting issues, providing training, and reporting to management.
