Cornelis Networks, Inc. seeks a System Validation Engineering Manager to lead our validation team and define comprehensive validation strategies for next‑gen networking products.

You will drive automation, establish scalable processes, and ensure quality across hardware and software systems. You will balance engineering priorities with customer expectations, lead a high-performing team, and partner with cross-functional groups to deliver reliable, validated solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading validation teams for complex hardware/software systems.
• Proven ability to scale a validation org with automation and metrics.
• Strong knowledge of validation methodologies and CI/CD.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead, and grow a high-performing System Validation team.
• Develop software validation plans and strategies based on functional requirements.
• Define and oversee validation activities throughout the software development lifecycle, from manual testing to automated regression suites.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and validation infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain CI systems, monitor results, and triage validation failures.
• Troubleshoot issues across system, network, hardware, and software layers.
• Establish validation processes, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Document validation plans, test procedures, results, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with hardware/firmware/software/product teams to resolve defects.
• Drive continuous improvements in validation methodologies and tooling.
• Support product qualification for customer deployments and releases.
