Job summary

Maximus is seeking a System Test Engineer to support the USAF mission. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and will focus on planning, developing test artifacts, and performing manual and automated testing across multiple levels. It is remote with potential travel and is contingent upon award.

The incumbent will contribute to DoD DevSecOps environments and maintain strict security requirements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in system testing, strong documentation skills, experience with RESTful

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s may substitute for 2 years.
5 years of recent, relevant experience in planning, conducting, and documenting systems tests.
3 years experience with Jira and bug tracking.
3 years testing web-based applications.
Experience testing RESTful interfaces and cloud environments.
Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

Analyze, plan, and develop test documents and procedures.
Perform manual and automated testing: unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end.
Coordinate with teams to verify system operability and compliance.
Assist in definition of requirements and process improvements.
Travel as needed (10–20%).
