Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a System Analyst for a full-time remote role in the US. The position offers an hourly rate of $27.88–$43.26 and an expected 12–18 month engagement with ASAP start and TBD end date.

The role focuses on day-to-day support, automating processing and improving the data collection system, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful system upgrades and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associates degree or equivalent or related experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Artiva Healthcare - Ontario Systems Applications.
• Scripting, pool scripts for contact platform.
• Knowledge of VBA and SQL to automate processes.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Reports and Crystal Reports.
• Experience developing and implementing software.
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control and management based on client requirements and contracting.
• Test new system builds, programs, scripts, and changes related to the data system.
• System upgrade: review release notes and test changes.
• Work with Managed Service Vendors to request work and troubleshoot issues.
• Review accounts based on exception reporting to ensure automation.
• Process vendor letter exports and imports.
• Monitor accounts and identify patterns or trends.
• Create/Modify reports.
• Assist and support Artiva System Administrator.
