Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage enterprise infrastructure across servers, endpoints, identity, and network/security platforms. You will build, patch, harden, monitor systems, enforce access controls, support virtualization, backups, and ensure compliance with IT policies.

This remote role requires occasional onsite within 2 hours of Malden, MA, with collaboration across Cybersecurity, Business Systems, and Infrastructure teams to deliver stable IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years administering Windows Server/Active Directory, group policy, DNS/DHCP, and enterprise endpoint/security tooling.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory, enforce least privilege and MFA, manage GPOs and audit remediation.
• Build and harden Windows servers, install agents (Rapid7 Insight Agent, ESET), patching and logging.
• Support workstation configuration, application deployment, and endpoint protection.
• Assist with Cisco/Unifi switching and firewall administration, VPN policies and access.
• Support VMware vSphere/ESXi, VM provisioning and remediation.
• Coordinate backup and restore tasks with Druva, verify retention and DR readiness.
• Implement IT security, acceptable use, privileged access, and OT segmentation policies.
• Document configurations, manage runbooks, and follow change control in ServiceNow.
• Provide Tier2/3 support and coordinate with vendors as needed.
