Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Clinical Consultant, MI – I to deliver clinical consulting, training, and go-live support for Synapse PACS/MI projects. The role includes on-site or remote training, troubleshooting, and collaboration with physicians and clinicians to ensure optimal product use.

Candidates should have experience in medical technology or healthcare IT, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed to support customers and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, PACS administration or healthcare
• Qualified professionals with RDCS/RVT/NM/MR credentials are preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with end-user collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consulting for customers and company personnel
• Coordinate training events at customer sites
• Support resolution of application and image quality concerns
• Work with interpreting physicians and clinicians to ensure proper operation of Fujifilm products
• Provide and maintain documentation to support customer training
• Deliver remote or onsite training and contribute to Professional Services revenue
• Ensure compliance with quality management system
• Maintain communications with HCUS teams and other departments
• Provide telephone and remote clinical support via TAC
• Comply with FDA/ISO13485 requirements and vendor credentialing
• Travel as required
