Ladders is seeking an SVP, Group Medical Director to shape medical strategy across client accounts in a remote role. You will ensure scientific rigor, align strategy with brand goals, and influence senior stakeholders to drive medical excellence and business growth.

You will lead team development, participate in senior planning, and apply strong financial and operational judgment to account health and staffing in a dynamic Business Services environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a clinical or scientific field (MS/MD/PhD/PharmD).
• 9+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience developing strategic medical communications content.
• Financial and operational acumen related to staffing and account health.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical excellence and support team growth and development.
