OneStream seeks a Senior FP&A executive to lead global planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will partner with the CFO and leadership team to shape the company’s growth, allocate capital, and improve forecasting accuracy across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive FP&A experience with executive leadership.
• Experience in high-growth software/SaaS and private equity-backed settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting.
• Partner with C-suite to drive growth, capital allocation, and performance.
• Oversee enterprise performance management, KPI monitoring, and scenario modeling.
• Drive data governance, automation, and AI-enabled finance initiatives.
