Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a part-time Insights Analyst for remote engagement to support sustainability and impact reporting. The role centers on dashboard data collection, governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination across the enterprise.

The analyst will write SQL queries, maintain KPI documentation, and help demonstrate impact through clear narratives and reports. W2 benefits apply for eligible consultants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, SQL, and reporting.
• Experience with project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Background in data governance, data quality controls, and audit readiness.
• Experience communicating insights through storytelling and executive-ready materials.
• Exposure to sustainability and impact measurement preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tooling for summarization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance with data owners.
• Track data points for dashboards and maintain KPI docs.
• Support executive reporting and storytelling with key insights.
• Assist with presentations and leadership updates.
• Facilitate dashboard working groups and governance activities.
• Manage action items, agendas, and meeting notes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and workflows.
• Document and test AI-enabled solutions for data summarization and automation.
• Recommend enhancements to improve data quality and user experience.
• Assist with onboarding new metrics and strategic initiatives.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and monitor dashboard utilization.
• Write SQL queries and use SQL tools to access and summarize data.
• Develop new reports and templates using reporting tools.
