Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a part-time Insights Analyst to support sustainability and impact reporting. The role focuses on dashboard data collection and governance, executive reporting and storytelling, and coordination across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, including SQL query development and reporting.
• Experience with project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in data governance, data quality controls, and audit readiness.
• Experience communicating insights through storytelling and executive-ready materials.
• Exposure to sustainability and impact measurement preferred.
• Demonstrated process improvement and innovation mindset, including familiarity with AI-enabled tooling for summarization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance, representing CSR during data refresh activities with business data owners.
• Track data points for new dashboard additions and maintain KPI documentation, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Support executive reporting and storytelling through summaries highlighting key insights, trends, and business impacts.
• Develop and maintain reports and templates using reporting tools and data mining techniques.
• Provide programming support to extract and analyze data from enterprise systems.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and provide user support for ad hoc reporting and problem resolution.
