Eliassen Group is seeking an Insights Analyst for a remote, part-time contract engagement to support sustainability and impact reporting. The role focuses on dashboard data collection, governance, executive reporting, and KPI documentation.

You will write SQL queries, coordinate stakeholders, and help demonstrate impact through clear narratives and reports. W2 employment with benefits is offered, and rate ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data/analytical role with SQL and reporting.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and audit readiness.
• Ability to communicate insights through storytelling and executive-ready materials.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with sustainability and impact measurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance with data owners.
• Track KPIs, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Support executive reporting and storytelling with key insights.
• Assist with presentations and board materials.
• Lead dashboard working groups and governance activities.
• Document AI-enabled solutions for data summarization.
• Develop new reports and templates using reporting tools.
• Provide analytics support for enterprise data.
