Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Insights Analyst for a remote, part-time contract role focused on sustainability and impact reporting. You will develop dashboards, govern data, and prepare executive-ready narratives across the enterprise, coordinating with stakeholders and driving process improvements.

The position involves writing SQL queries, maintaining KPI documentation, and using AI-enabled tools to summarize data and automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, including SQL query development and reporting.
• Experience with project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in data governance, data quality controls, and audit readiness.
• Experience communicating insights through storytelling and executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance, representing CSR during data refresh activities with business data owners.
• Track data points for new dashboard additions and maintain KPI documentation and data sources.
• Support executive reporting and storytelling through summaries highlighting insights and business impacts.
• Assist with presentations, leadership updates, board materials, and impact reporting.
• Facilitate dashboard working groups and stakeholder meetings, owning process documentation and governance.
